Yes, in addition to cookies from our regular offer, we are happy to create gingerbread for special orders – with a name, logo, wishes or any motif. The sky is really the limit here 🙂 You can send us your design or describe your idea, and we will gladly advise, suggest and prepare unique patterns tailored to your occasion.

Yes, we carry out corporate projects, including gingerbread with logos, branding and personalised shapes and colours. It is a great promotional gift or addition to presents for business partners, used by many companies to build a warm image with their clients.

Yes, our offer includes gingerbread for every occasion – from Christmas and Easter, through Grandmother’s Day, Teacher’s Day or Fisherman’s Day, to family celebrations such as weddings, communions, christenings or Baby Showers. Each collection is limited and produced in short runs to preserve its unique character.

Depending on the time of year and the workload in our workshop, we process orders from just one large piece or four small ones packaged as a set in a special decorative 21×21 cm box. Orders for small cookies and individual designs – from 10 pieces. We also fulfil orders running into hundreds – our largest was 1,200 pieces for a single client.

In any channel you can specify the quantity, design, deadline and delivery method, and include any questions. I respond within 24 hours and we work out all the details together. Once payment is made, I begin preparing your sweet order!

As our product is handmade and always produced exclusively to order (we keep no stock – all cookies are made fresh for each individual order), an order is officially accepted for production when payment is confirmed. Only then do we reserve the baking and decorating date, so it is worth paying as soon as the details are agreed.

Yes. We issue a receipt or invoice for every order.

Changes are only possible before production has started. If you wish to make changes, please contact us without delay – we will then check whether it is still possible.

There are two types of packaging: cellophane bags tied with a colourful ribbon, or elegant boxes with a window for larger cookies or cookie sets. On special request it is possible to place the cookies in a three-dimensional frame for hanging on a wall.

Yes! Our children’s workshops are great fun! We organise workshops at our studio as well as at nurseries, schools and home parties at any location of your choice. During the workshops, children discover the aromas of spices, learn to mix colours and create unique gingerbread masterpieces. It is an energetic adventure full of laughter and satisfaction, from which everyone returns with new skills and sweet souvenirs. After the fun, each participant packs their cookies into a special box to take home.

We also organise royal icing decoration training courses for adults. It is a unique opportunity to learn how to create edible works of art, and a great option for special moments – alone, with friends or as corporate team building. Our decorative gingerbread cookies are made exclusively from edible ingredients. We create our own spice blend and carefully select every ingredient – we use natural honey, butter and wheat flour. The royal icing is made from pasteurised confectionery egg white and icing sugar, coloured exclusively with edible food dyes. We do not use artificial preservatives.

We offer delivery by courier or to an InPost parcel locker, or personal collection from our studio in Warsaw at ul. Dzieci Warszawy 11/25 by prior arrangement. All parcels are carefully secured to ensure the cookies arrive in perfect condition.

Yes, the vast majority of our orders are shipped and we have never had a damaged order. Every parcel is packed in several layers of protection: bubble wrap, cardboard separators and cushioning filler. This keeps the cookies and their designs intact during transport. In the event of any parcel damage during transit, please contact us – damage must be reported upon receipt in the presence of the courier for a claim to be accepted.

Of course! If you prefer personal collection, you are welcome at our studio in Warsaw at ul. Dzieci Warszawy 11/25 by prior arrangement of a collection time. It is a great opportunity to see other designs, smell freshly baked gingerbread and meet us in person – and perhaps even arrive just in time for a tasting 🙂

All deadlines are agreed individually with the client, taking into account the expected completion and delivery date as well as the order size. The standard turnaround time is 5–10 working days from the moment payment is confirmed. During pre-holiday periods, we recommend placing orders well in advance as the number of available slots is limited.

In a sealed package, stored in a dry place, they retain their freshness and aroma for up to three months. Once opened, simply keep them in a tin or jar with a lid, away from sunlight and moisture. Please note that direct sunlight may cause discolouration. Gingerbread is known for its durability – the honey and spice content naturally preserves them. Gingerbread stored in a dry place remains crisp; once removed from its packaging it will absorb moisture from the surroundings and become soft.
